Our Approach to Healing

We are not a treatment center or halfway house.

Remember Wellness is a supportive co-living recovery home where structure, connection, and wellness are part of daily life.

Our programs reflect a belief that recovery is not just about staying sober—it's about remembering your worth, rebuilding your life, and discovering what it means to feel truly well.

Our Core Programs

Residential Recovery Support

Our home offers structure, safety, and shared responsibility as the foundation for long-term recovery. From the moment residents arrive, we provide clarity, consistency, and compassionate accountability.

  • Accessible Entry Point
Residents move in with a $100 bed fee and begin paying just $100 per week. This rate remains in place for the first three months, providing a low-cost foundation for stability.

  • Tiered Rent Structure
Rent increases by $25 every three months, encouraging long-term planning while still remaining affordable:

    • Months 1–3: $100/week

    • Months 4–6: $125/week

    • Months 7–9: $150/week

    • Rent caps at $150 unless the resident chooses to stay beyond nine months.

  • Rent Freeze Policy
Once a resident reaches six months and their rent increases to $150 per week, they are offered a rent freeze at that rate for an additional six months—if they express their intention to stay and continue participating fully in the program. This reward supports financial stability for residents building longer-term recovery.

  • Weekly House Meetings
Our weekly meetings include breathwork, goal-setting, reflection, and open discussion. These gatherings are core to how we build trust, resolve conflict, and grow together.

  • Accountability Systems
We conduct random and scheduled UA and breathalyzer tests to foster consistency, safety, and trust within the home.

  • Recovery Meeting Requirements
All residents are required to attend recovery-based meetings such as AA, NA, or similar programs. The number and type of meetings depend on length of sobriety and individual recovery needs.

  • The I WILL Program
New residents who are not yet employed are enrolled in the Initiative for Work, Independence, Learning & Living, which offers structure, routine, and one-on-one coaching during their first 30 days. This helps residents begin building the habits that lead to personal and professional progress.

Wellness Workshops

At Remember Wellness, we offer experiential workshops that support healing of the mind, body, and spirit. These sessions are designed to introduce new tools, foster self-awareness, and help residents deepen their connection to themselves and others.

We’ve offered workshops on:

  • Financial Wellness & Budgeting
A three-part series covering budgeting basics, financial planning, and mindset shifts around money—equipping residents with practical tools and self-trust in handling finances.

  • Mindfulness & Breathwork
Techniques for grounding, emotional regulation, and nervous system support, including guided breathwork sessions and somatic awareness practices.

  • A Simple Shift: Moving from a Scarcity Mindset to an Abundance Mindset
A reflective and interactive session focused on how belief systems shape recovery and how to invite in abundance, self-worth, and openness.

  • Creative Expression
Opportunities to process and play through card-making, journaling, and hemp bracelet braiding—centered in healing and self-discovery.

  • Sound & Sensory Healing
Residents have participated in healing sound baths and immersive 9D breathwork experiences that support emotional release and restoration.

These workshops are part of our holistic approach to recovery, offering residents the chance to explore new tools and perspectives that support long-term wellbeing.

Community Building

Recovery thrives in connection. At Remember Wellness, we foster a sense of belonging where residents feel seen, supported, and rooted in community.

  • Ambassador Program
Residents take on rotating leadership roles focused on physical health, emotional wellness, and community connection—helping shape the rhythm and culture of the home.

  • Sunday Shared Meals
While residents shop, cook, and eat independently throughout the week, Sundays are for coming together. Each week, we prepare and share a family-style meal, reinforcing the feeling that no one is walking this journey alone.

  • House Rhythms & Responsibilities
Shared responsibilities like cleaning, chores, and house organization foster mutual accountability and pride in the space we co-create.

  • Weekly Deep Dives
Our Sunday house meetings go beyond logistics. Through guided reflection and open dialogue, residents are invited to share honestly and support one another in their growth.

Testimonials

“I can actually sit still now.

When I first arrived, I barely unpacked because I thought I'd only be here a month.

Now, I want to stay for at least six more months.

I've learned that the second I think I know what I'm doing is when I get into trouble.

I've slowed down with work, realizing that my mental health is more important than working 40 hours a week.

I've learned I can change anything as long as I'm breathing.”

“I've changed in so many ways since being here.

A big change is that I'm no longer living in fear of messing up or relapsing.

Preston helped me notice that I was constantly worried about when I would fail.

Now, I'm actually doing sobriety. I'm not in a hurry or focused on getting out of here.

Instead, I see this as a safe place to get things together.

I feel supported and have become a stronger person since walking in here.”

- Resident, 8 months into living at Remember Wellness

"I've definitely learned to be more patient and not seek instant gratification.

I've been fighting through a lot of obstacles since I've been here, but I'm not giving up.

This place has helped me stay strong.

Before, I would have thrown in the towel and probably used again.

Seeing others doing it gives me strength and hope.

I love being here and don't want to be anywhere else.

I'm becoming stronger, more patient, and figuring out more about myself each day.

I'll have 90 days clean in two days, which is the longest I've ever been clean."
