Your First Month at Remember Wellness
A gentle landing.
A fresh start.
A chance to grow into your greatest potential.
At Remember Wellness, you’re not just given a bed. You’re given a chance.
A chance to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and build a new foundation rooted in recovery, self-awareness, and purpose.
We do things differently here. Our program offers more freedom than most recovery homes, along with deeper support.
You’re trusted with independence and surrounded by structure. That combination creates a rare opportunity, and it's up to you to make the most of it.
This first month is your launchpad. Use it wisely.
How to Have a Successful First Month
Curfew
9 PM on weekdays, 11 PM on weekends. Applies every day during your first 30 days. Returning late may result in dismissal.
No Visitors
No friends, family, or partners. No front yard chats or car visits. This is a permanent boundary for the safety and focus of the house.
Be in Communication
Message on WhatsApp when leaving/returning. Keep your phone on and be reachable by staff.
These agreements are in place to support your success.
If they are disregarded during your first month, it likely means this isn’t the right fit at this time.
Give Yourself Time to Land
This first month is a time to catch your breath.
We encourage you to slow down, stay close to the home, and really land.
We’ve seen that folks who stay busy running in and out often have a harder time connecting — and a harder time staying.
By choosing to settle in, you give yourself the best possible chance at building something lasting.
Freedom Is a Gift — Use It with Care
At Remember Wellness, you’re trusted with more independence than most programs. You can work, move about freely, and shape your own routine.
But too much too soon can pull you away from what matters most.
That’s why we recommend working no more than 30 hours per week during your early months here.
Ask yourself:
Am I working in a way that supports my healing?
Or am I using work to avoid discomfort, stillness, or connection?
Give your recovery the time it deserves. This is your chance to pause, reflect, and build something new.
If You’re Already Working Full-Time
Meeting attendance is still required.
Residents with under 6 months sobriety must attend 4 recovery-based meetings weekly.
Residents with 6 months or more must attend 2 meetings weekly.
These can include in-person AA/NA, church, yoga, or Zoom options.
Stay connected and communicative.
Check in/out daily. Keep your phone on. Let us know how you’re doing.Reflect at House Meetings.
Every Sunday, you’ll be invited to share how you’re maintaining your recovery while working full-time — and where you may need support.
✨ We also invite you to consider whether you might reduce your hours - even temporarily - to allow more space for your healing.
Accountability in Community
Showing up for yourself helps support the whole house.
At Remember Wellness, we believe that accountability is a form of care — not just for yourself, but for everyone in the home.
These simple daily actions help create trust, safety, and a sense of connection that allows the whole community to thrive.
it’s as Easy As..

3.

You’re not just staying here.
You’re part of something.
This is a space of togetherness — a place where healing happens through connection, compassion, and shared experience.
You are surrounded by people who understand what it means to start over, to try again, and to grow. Lean into that support. It is one of the most powerful tools you have.
